Engineering Services

• We can work closely with your Engineering Department to help develop or improve any new or existing design, etc. Also, we have capabilities to reverse engineer anything as well and supply you with SolidWorks 3D drawings, prototypes and complete assemblies.

Precision Specialty Screw Machining

• Depending on specifications, parts can be machined up to all six sides at once and with tolerances +/- , up to ten thousands of an inch with grinding/shaping completed all in-line. All projects subject to review prior to production.

Printed Circuit Boards

• Printed circuit board assemblies are now available including thru-hole wave soldering and surface mounts, all available in leaded and non-leaded.
• Cut-Mark’s complete “Turnkey” facility using your BOM. We can supply the boards with your gerber file or just supply the labor with your parts kit, including assembly and documentation.
• Another advantage, our printed circuit board design services-just give us your schematics and we’ll supply a complete CAD package.
